Weather-resistant materials and precision processes
The sealing ring is made of a composite material of high-elastic fluororubber (FKM) and polyurethane (PU), with a temperature resistance range extended to -40℃~150℃, and 50% improvement in oil and aging resistance. At the same time, T1ZC uses CNC machine tools to precisely process the sealing groove to ensure that the assembly tolerance is controlled within ±0.02mm, eliminating the risk of air leakage caused by installation deviation from the source.
